The city is my playground - Similar to the project "Our body is in the world " these tours take their inspiration from Parkour and Free Running, but have little to do with virtuosity or skill, and about re-assessing our relationship with urban structures and the standards of movement we're expected to adhere to when interacting with them. Plus, it gives me an excuse to climb stuff. It was done with Aktion Gallery in Copenhagen and included a free instructional booklet that is included below - enjoy! |
